At Mushlift, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unopened and unused
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided
  • Products must not be expired
  • The product must be delivered to you to issue a refund (not in transit)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with damaged or missing safety seals
  • Products purchased at a discounted rate or during promotional sales (BOGO, 50% OFF, BOG2, etc.)
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Products that have been transferred to different containers
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products
  • Personal care goods
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@mushlift.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging
  4. Ship the return to the provided address within 14 days of receiving return authorization

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping and Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • A $10 restocking fee per bag will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • All fees and shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the items within 2 business days
  • You will receive an email confirming your refund status
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days

Order Cancellations

  • You must contact us via email within 3 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. A 30% cancellation fee will apply because our team has already packed, sealed, and labeled your order.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit or have been shipped.
  • If you receive an order you no longer want, please wait until delivery and then initiate a return.
  • Mushlift is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online.
  • Accurate shipping address and phone number are required.  We are not responsible for late shipments/missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information.

Exchanges

We offer a ONE-TIME FREE EXCHANGE service for full-price purchases only. If you accept this offer, all future refund requests will be forfeited for that order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Contact us at contact@mushlift.com within 48 hours of receipt
  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect items
  3. We will ship a brand new item upon verification
  4. No return shipping is required for damaged or incorrect items

Subscription Orders

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery
  • No refunds will be issued for orders that have already been processed and shipped

International Orders

  • International orders are eligible for our return policy
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
  • Return shipping must include tracking information

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
